When you use CoreAxis Finance, we store financial data you enter including transactions, budgets, categories, and file attachments. We also collect usage data such as login timestamps and feature usage for service improvement.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and maintain the CoreAxis Finance service, process your financial data as directed by you, send transactional emails (verification, password resets), improve our service based on usage patterns, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in secure PostgreSQL databases hosted on Neon with encryption at rest. File attachments are stored on Cloudflare R2 with server-side encryption. All data transmission is encrypted via TLS/SSL. We implement industry-standard security measures including password hashing (bcrypt), JWT-based authentication, and organization-level data isolation.
4. Data Isolation
CoreAxis Finance is a multi-tenant application. Each organization's data is logically isolated at the database level. Users can only access data belonging to their organization. We do not share, sell, or provide your financial data to third parties.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Paddle for payment processing, Resend for transactional emails, Neon for database hosting, Cloudflare R2 for file storage, and Vercel for application hosting. Each provider has their own privacy policies and data handling practices.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your financial data at any time using our Excel/PDF export features. To request account deletion, contact us at admin@coreaxisai.net. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens) and theme preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
